In case of damage to your residence/business, you must either notify CROMAR within eight (8) days from the date of the damage, in writing (email to claims@cromar.gr) or your insurance intermediary.
Information to the insured
After receiving the Claim Notification, a Cromar representative will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the additional evidence required and to schedule an expert’s visit (if deemed necessary) to record the damage.
Claim Progression Information
For any information or clarification regarding the progress of the Claim, you can contact the Claims Department by phone at 210-8028946 (option 4), Monday – Friday (except holidays) from 09:00 – 17:00 or send an email to claims@cromar.gr or at kostas.aslanoglou@cromar.gr.
Immediate Compensation
Once the damage control process is completed and the compensation amount is agreed with you, within 48 hours we will pay the compensation to the bank account you indicate to us.
